Graphic Design and Illustration

The students will be working on Chapter 6, Lesson 12 and 13. Lesson 12: They will learn to create and stylize a button for a website, use a layer group, record an action to automate a series of steps, play an action to affect multiple images, save assets using Adobe Generator, evaluate assets and revise them with Generator, and explore Motion Design and Digital Storytelling. Lesson 13: They will learn to define RGB, grayscale, and CMYK color spaces for displaying, editing, and printing images; prepare an image for printing on a PostScript CMYK printer; proof an image for printing; save an image as a CMYK EPS file; create and print a four-color separation; understand how images are prepared for printing presses; and work and print in 3D.

The students will be introduced to Adobe Photoshop CC

TEKS – 1A-B, 2A-G, 3, 4, 5, 6A-B, 7A-D, 8A-E, 9A-E, 10, 11A-H
